The Senior Account Director is responsible for achieving a high quality of service for an established client, meeting the business plan and ensuring performance metrics are met.Tasks include driving the service delivery strategy and has accountability for client performance, retention, satisfaction and growing target accounts. Digital marketing, analytics and MarTech experience is preferred. Ability to present and represent great thinking and work. Sound analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
