Job Title: Project Accountant
Job Description
The Financial Operations Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transaction recording and reporting for our construction-service oriented entities. This role involves collaborating within a cross-functional accounting and finance team and interacting with operational team members. The position will report to the Financial Operations Accounting Manager and provide accounting support for Operations entities. Responsibilities include processing monthly recurring journal entries, performing account reconciliations with a strong focus on bank reconciliations, collaborating with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, maintaining organized and accurate financial records, assisting with external audits, and supporting project accounting and ad hoc financial systems and process improvement projects. This position offers a growth track to a Lead Operations Accountant role.
Hard Skills
+ 2-3 years of Accounting experience

Work Site

Report to and work closely with the Accounting team and Sara, the Corporate Controller. The work schedule includes 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
