Als internationaal modemerk hebben we meer dan 185 winkels in Europa. MS Mode stores zijn te vinden in wereldsteden als Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, Brussel en Parijs. Daarnaast staan we in onze webshop altijd voor u klaar. MS Mode is onderdeel van Cool Investments. We delen ons hoofdkantoor in Diemen met ons zusje America Today.

Senior HR Business Partner bij MS Mode Wat de kracht van een HR Business Partner is, is dat je een enorme veelzijdige rol hebt binnen de organisatie en een belangrijke sparringpartner bent voor zowel het management maar ook de collega’s in de teams op ons hoofdkantoor. Daarnaast ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de juiste strategie voor zowel de HR processen als voor de afdelingen waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent. Daarnaast zorg je dat je met jouw

coaching skills medewerkers helpt in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling om het beste uit hun functie te halen of met het maken van de beslissing om een andere functie te

bekleden. Binnen het HR team werk jij nauw samen met de HR Manager, Casemanagers, HR Adviseurs, HR Medewerkers en Recruitment.

Wat ga je doen? Business Partner zegt het eigenlijk al: jij partnert samen met iedereen van de afdelingen waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent. Jouw advies

gebaseerd op kennis en expertise is onmisbaar voor management, medewerkers en het eigen HR Team. HR is bij ons in ontwikkeling en zeer dynamisch, je komt niet in een gespreid bedje maar je kunt met jouw achtergrond wel enorm veel resultaat boeken.

Je hebt ervaring in een HR advies en/of Business Partner rol en bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende projecten op strategisch niveau; Bachelor HRM of Personeel & Arbeid of vergelijkbaar; Ervaring met het begeleiden en adviseren van reorganisaties en cultuurverandering; Bij voorkeur ervaring in de retail sector; Grote voorkeur voor ervaring met personeelsregistratiesysteem Afas.
