Job Description

The Cashier/Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the dealership accounting office by performing duties as assigned.

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate incoming calls to the dealership efficiently on a multi-line system.
  • Receive and post cash payments and payments in other forms.
  • Assist the accounting/office manager with administrative functions, as requested.
  • Assist Accounts Payable Associates, Title Clerks, and Deal Processors, as requested.
  • Scan, file, and maintain organized records of the dealership.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $13.00 per hour
