Job Summary The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing administrative assistance to an assigned group of clients, assisting our accounting staff and firm partners, coordinating client service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client inquires. Responsibilities • Administrative support to assigned firm partner and accountants in corresponding department • Acts as liaison between clients, accounting team and other administrative team members • Acts as client manager to an assigned group of clients to facilitate VSH client service • E-delivery of financial and tax documents via SafeSend • Accurately organize and prepare tax forms, including the ability to self-review • Prepares or coordinates the preparation of various documents and reports • Provides additional copies of records as requested by clients • Monitors calendars and sets appointments related to client service • Manages client database information and updates as changes occur • Generates invoices and fields client billing questions • Hosts and attends team meetings and completes assigned action items • Communicates workload or time commitment issues to other team members as soon as evident • Meets percentage client billable hour goals • Performs other clerical duties as requested Required Qualifications • Preferred background in accounting or bookkeeping • Possesses superior customer service skills • High level of accuracy • Displays superior written and verbal communication skills, including advanced knowledge of grammar and punctuation standards • Possesses advanced-level knowledge of popular word processing and administrative programs • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, on multiple projects, independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals • Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels • Effectively utilize multi-line telephone system • Understands and maintains the confidentiality of all information • U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the U.S. About VSH VSH is a growing full-service accounting and advisory firm with locations in Bellingham and Burlington.
