Seeking a Training Coordinator at Block Institute

Role Summary: Join our team as a Training Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and compliance knowledge of our staff and individuals we support. This position involves developing, executing, and evaluating training programs that cover regulatory standards, quality of care, and skills enhancement for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft and update engaging training content for staff, clients, and their families, focusing on compliance and skill development.
  • Conduct dynamic training sessions and onsite audits, ensuring the application of best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, manage training documentation, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize training needs and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Handle logistics for training material and session scheduling, with a commitment to professionalism and quality.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven expertise in training development and delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under emergency conditions as an essential employee.
  • Readiness to travel to multiple locations, adapting to various work environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
