Qualifications and Experience:

- Exceptional **customer service** skills with **strong verbal and written communication **abilities.
- Previous experience as a **Service Coordinator or Case Manager** advantageous
- **Detail-oriented** approach to tasks.
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Word/Excel **and willingness to learn **scheduling and training **software systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism, composure, and positivity under pressure.
- **Project management skills, including establishing objectives, milestones, and creating presentations.**:

- Capability to work independently while also being collaborative.
- **Healthcare **experience is preferred; **homecare** experience is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in **English and Spanish** is preferred.
- **Bachelor's degree** strongly preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
