**The Position: On-Call Service Coordinator**

The On-Call Service Coordinator is an essential component of the licensed agency office team. The On-Call Service Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of direct care staff scheduling (HHA & PCA) during off hours. The individual must be knowledgeable in agency operations, policies, and procedures to assure expedient, effective and efficient patient service. This position is Remote on the Weekends & possible holidays.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Bilingual SPANISH Required**:

- High School Graduate or GED
- 2+ years of home care service coordination experience.
- Knowledge of home care standards and processes.
- HHA Exchange experience is a big plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- **Must live in NYC since there will be in office training.**
