Job Summary:
Bilingual Literary Coordinator Conduct teacher training programs in bilingual school to develop new interactive literary teaching aids. Research new materials & visual aids to effectively teach Ancient & Modern Greek literature. Measure effectiveness of literary curricula by observing teaching staff & uniform test results. BA Education, Greek Fluency and 2 years experience required.

**Duties**:

- Manage talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate and negotiate contracts with clients and talent
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns and strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize performance
- Handle agency relationships and ensure seamless operations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in talent management and recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in Greek Language
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in social media management and marketing
- Knowledge of contract management and agency operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently

Pay: $59,000.00 - $64,522.00 per year
