Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in US IT Staffing & Recruitment at Clifyx Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing client relationships in the Information Technology (IT) staffing and recruitment sector within the United States. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients within the IT industry, including IT companies, startups, and organizations with IT staffing needs. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and other lead generation techniques. Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' staffing needs and tailor our services to meet their requirements. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to their staffing challenges. Regularly communicate with clients to stay updated on their IT staffing needs and align our services accordingly. Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the IT staffing and recruitment industry. Analyze market conditions, competitor strategies, and pricing models to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the senior management team to align business development initiatives with the company's overall objectives. Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and maximize profitability. Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and forecast to ensure consistent revenue growth. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Provide feedback from clients to help improve the quality of service and candidate selection processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the US IT staffing and recruitment industry. In-depth knowledge of the IT job market, technologies, and staffing trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
