Qualifications: Proven experience in flooring sales and project management. Strong understanding of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Leadership experience in managing sales and project teams is a plus.
