Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering product questions and making recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using active listening skills to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Be knowledgeable about home decor and furniture, and be able to make recommendations to customers based on their interests and needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets, using effective sales techniques and strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Knowledge of basic math skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Potential travel to other stores for support
