Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flooring Sales/Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flooring sales, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Relations
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on flooring options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Project Management
- Coordinate and manage all phases of flooring projects, from initial consultation to final installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and address any challenges.
- Estimation and Quoting
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates based on client specifications.
- Generate detailed quotes, considering material costs, labor, and other relevant factors.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and installation professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
- Proven experience in flooring sales and project management.
- Strong understanding of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership experience in managing sales and project teams is a plus.
