**Function**

This role provides general support to the Sales and Product Management teams to provide pricing quotes on specific products and/or parts. This individual must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction, and be able to flourish in an environment where multi-tasking is an essential skill.

**Responsibilities**

* Promptly generates price quotes on all products, including payment terms and delivery options

* Maintain and communicate a summary of quote pricing history and trends

* Works closely with employees in Product Management, Supplier Management and Sales organization on quote requests and/or follow-up information

* May suggest substitute products when appropriate

* Monitor pending quote items for completion

* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings

* Responds to inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings

* Other duties as assigned.

**Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Skills**

* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Knowledge of SAP preferred, but not required

**Education and/or Experience**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years related experience in a similar function
