Pride Global/Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Field Support/Customer Service Rep to work for one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX 76102.

Job Title: Field Support/Customer Service Rep

Pay Rate: $18/hr. to 20/hr. on W2 DOE.

Work hours: (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 2 shifts to choose from 9-6 and 10-7 cannot change after start.

Training will be for minimum 3 weeks at the Fort Worth office.

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76102

Duration: Till Feb 28, 2025, (with the possibility to extend)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance caller needs.
  • Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through computer systems to identify the status of the issue & give appropriate response.
  • Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate relationship with caller.
  • Complete the necessary documentation to track issues.
