About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day treasury operations and ensuring compliance with bank and merchant regulations. You will work closely with the finance and accounting teams and play a integral role in maintaining the company's financial health.

This position is a full-time, in office position at our Overland Park office.

Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with multiple banks, including opening and closing accounts, and optimizing banking services to meet the company's needs Oversee the setup and maintenance of merchant accounts, ensuring seamless payment processing and compliance with regulatory requirements Monitor and analyze cash balances daily Assist with cash flow forecasts to ensure appropriate liquidity management by minimizing borrowing costs and optimizing investment returns Drive initiatives to minimize banking fees and transaction costs, negotiating favorable terms with banks and payment processors Prepare daily cash reports for the CFO and CEO Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and operations teams, to optimize on site cash management policies to ensure the safeguarding of company cash Support treasury-related projects and initiatives, such as implementing treasury management systems or process automation tools Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in treasury management, with a focus on managing multiple banks and bank accounts, cash reporting, and cash flow analysis Demonstrable understanding of banking services, and payment processing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented treasury professional to make a significant impact on our organization's financial health and success.
