We are partnering with a New York-based digital marketing agency that specializes in 360 fashion, beauty & lifestyle business digital marketing campaigns to bring on a part-time 20-30 hour a week Email Marketing Specialist In this role, you will develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize email deliverability, and ensure compliance with industry best practices. This is a remote position.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in email marketing, including strategy development, campaign creation, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
  • Strong knowledge of customer segments and customer scores for targeted and personalized emails.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with task management platforms like Asana, Monday.com.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing brand-enhancing email campaigns: write creative briefs, provide creative feedback, coordinate production and execution,
  • Build segments and customer scores for targeted and personalized emails,
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to support key business priorities, including acquisition and retention, brand awareness, new product launches, upgrades, and customer satisfaction,
  • Track and report on email campaign metrics and revenue attribution,
  • Develop and implement A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs to optimize conversion, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing
  • Technical and creative thinking

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 42.00- 48.00/hr DOE . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
