The Project Specialist reports to the Project Planner. Supports scheduling greenhouse projects for the production/growing teams in addition to maintaining greenhouse project/supplies inventories and progress updates. Responsibilities Inventory and organize all incoming materials. Print all labeling for greenhouse projects. Coordinate domestic and international shipping with the production team. Perform monthly inventory reports - Materials, Supplies, grow outs, stock databases, etc. Provide detailed reports of ongoing projects - On schedule, quality assurance, identifying issues, etc. Record greenhouse bench space usage. Support Greenhouse team during peak seasons. Requirements Associate degree, or equivalent work experience. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office. Smartsheet, Bartender software experience preferred. Strong and effective multi-mode communication skills. Ability to track and monitor multiple ongoing projects with differing objectives. Self-driven and able to work independently, effectively managing time working in accordance with team, departmental and company goals.
