Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose appropriate technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement custom technology solutions that align with client business objectives. Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, including solution demonstrations, proof of concept (POC) development, and technical presentations. Configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to ensure they meet client specifications and performance standards. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including solution architecture, project timelines, and cost estimates. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the solution delivery process. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they can effectively use the implemented solutions. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions. Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on client needs and contribute to product improvements. Document solution architectures, configurations, and processes for internal and client reference. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical solutions engineering role. Strong knowledge of software development, networking, cloud computing, and systems integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus.
