Principal Responsibilities:

  • Owners expense reports
  • Scheduling of meetings on owner’s calendar
  • Scheduling travel
  • Print emails and attachments for owner
  • Attend meetings with owner and take notes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Administrative Assistant experience
  • Ability to travel on occasion
  • ​​​Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • Valid drivers license
  • Working vehicle and insurance
  • US citizen or work permit
