Responsibilities:

SUMMARY:
Serve as point of contact for assigned customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds and maintains positive relationship and provides excellent customer service
Responsible for manual order entry inquiries/concerns, order status including expediting, delivery schedules and replacement needs; order holds and backorder reports
Utilizes the CRM to document activities and account summary notes to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in New Hire employee training and act as a mentor for new employees on KGPCo systems, process and procedures along with subject matter expert

SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance to Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, and KGP Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual.
Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
At least two years of related office and/or customer services experience
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the Company.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract 10 digit numbers, to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
