Evaluate and adopt new technologies and processes to enhance infrastructure efficiency, performance, and reliability. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, especially those related to data security and privacy. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the IT department and across the organization. Conduct strategic planning to align IT infrastructure initiatives with long-term business objectives, ensuring technology investments deliver value and innovation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions and stay ahead of emerging technologies. Support the cybersecurity program for the IT infrastructure, including regular risk assessments and the enforcement of policies and practices to mitigate threats. Lead the charge in adopting cloud technologies and services, defining the cloud strategy, and managing the migration of on-premises infrastructure to cloud platforms where appropriate. Ensure robust data management and storage practices, including the implementation of data governance and compliance with data protection regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record in leading infrastructure projects and teams. Deep understanding of and experience with managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g., VMware, Azure, AWS), including network, storage, and computing resources. Expertise in disaster recovery planning and business continuity practices specific to IT infrastructure. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., banking, healthcare) with a thorough understanding of relevant IT regulations and standards. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
