Sales Account Manager - San Diego, CA

Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through the identification, development, and closure of new business opportunities in the material handling space. Your deep understanding of the industry and our offerings will position

you to not just meet but to exceed sales targets and foster lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential leads within the material handling sector.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to individual prospects.

Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the company's capabilities.

2.

Relationship Management:

Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Ensure client satisfaction by serving as a bridge between the customer and internal teams.

3.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

Meet or exceed set sales targets, demonstrating consistent growth.

Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications within the CRM system.

4.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in the material handling industry.

Gather insights on competitors and provide feedback to internal teams for product development and positioning.

5.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to design and launch effective sales campaigns.

Collaborate with the solutions and technical teams to ensure that proposals meet clients' specific requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the material handling or related industries or +5 years of Warehousing or Distribution Operations experience

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of the material handling sector and its challenges.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
