The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is currently seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst. The IT Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic management of our IT infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for IT onboarding, project and resource coordination, budget & cost control, IT documentation, and other activities as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • IT Onboarding:
    • Manage the IT onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and access.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • IT Project and Resource Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects.
    • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Support organizational change initiatives related to IT systems and processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the impact of changes and develop appropriate communication and training plans.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
    • Manage Invoice Tracking Approvals
    • Review Incoming Invoices and forward to appropriate owners for review prior to executive approval.
    • Manage OPEX Budget vs Actual tracking and validation.
    • Validate Invoice coding to ensure proper budget allocation.
    • Manage IT Project Charters
    • Manage Project Codes in Microsoft Azure DevOps for Product and Development Team
    • Tracking team monthly CAPEX hours for budget adherence
  • IT Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain IT performance metrics and dashboards.
    • Prepare regular reports on IT activities, project status, incident metrics, and other relevant data.
    • Present findings and recommendations to IT leadership and other stakeholders.
  • IT Documentation:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain IT procedures for team members.
    • Continuously improve procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance during normal business hours, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with budget tracking and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident/change management processes.
  • Proficiency in IT asset management tools and reporting software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • ITIL certification or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with organizational change management.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT asset management and reporting tools.
