  1. Solution Development and Customization:
    • Customize and configure Business Central to meet the specific needs of the organization.
    • Utilize the Power Platform to enhance and extend the capabilities of Business Central.
    • Develop and implement AI-driven features to optimize business processes.
  2. Business Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand the needs and challenges of different departments.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Document and communicate business requirements effectively to stakeholders.
  3. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Perform data migration during the onboarding of new acquisitions.
    • Utilize SQL and Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  1. Integration and Vendor Management:
    • Manage the integration of Business Central with third-party vendors and other systems.
    • Ensure seamless and secure data flow between integrated systems.
    • Oversee IT vendor management related to Business Central.
  2. Administration and Support:
    • Administer the Dynamics, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Business Central users.
    • Ensure the security and compliance of the Business Central environment.
  3. Documentation and Training:
    • Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of Business Central.
    • Create training materials and user guides.
  4. Operational Integration:
    • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth integration of business processes.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures within Business Central.
    • Support operational integration during acquisitions and other business changes.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • (K) Knowledge of working with technology and Microsoft Office 365.
  • (K) Knowledge of Azure and Office 365 administration is preferred.
  • (K) Strong knowledge of Power Platform, SQL, and Power BI.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
  • Combined experience in this type of job role of three to seven years with education is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Business Central (BC).
  • Experience with data migration and integration projects.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications is a plus.
