Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of budgets for various locations
  • Conducting data analytics for tracking and assessment (including expense limits, outstanding balances, occupancy termination rights, and profitability evaluations)
  • Ensuring quality control in monthly reporting
  • Serving as the primary finance authority for North American growth strategies
  • Providing financial support across locations in North America
  • Acting as the main point of contact for building owners and liaising with the Finance department to address inquiries and resolve conflicts
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance the growth portfolio and gather location-specific feedback to address building owner concerns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills for addressing issues with external partners and internal leadership
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor when interacting with external stakeholders; proactive approach
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the real estate or property management sector is highly preferred
