Position Summary We are looking for you–dynamic, best-in-class talent–to join the KINESSO team as a Social Strategist. In this role, you will work closely with Initiative team members to develop informed, smart and creative social strategies for clients, provide a fresh, new perspective on the ever-changing social landscape, and engage directly with communities in social on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities Active always-on channel + content management for @jumpman23 social media handles. Test and publish all social organic posts, with agility, operational excellence, and flawless execution. Assist in Jordan's organic creative review process and run of show. Active social listening to identify real-time engagement opportunities for the Jordan brand. Develop a deep understanding of client’s brand tone to embody the voice of the brand. Provide guidance on social posting cadence by platform according to best practices. Provide your own expertise and perspective on social media best practices. Provide inspiration and innovative uses for social media platforms. Research and assess key new-to-market platforms. Build quarterly Social Media Playbooks. Active community engagement with Jordan athletes. Create qualitative reports focusing on audience observations. Manage project tracker for creators/partners and consistency across all organic social posts. Manage usage calendar for rights expiring content. Work with social platforms to support thought leadership development. Build strong relationships with organic clients and internal teams. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends. Collaborate with the social strategy team on ad hoc projects. Desired Skills & Experience 1-2 years of community management and social strategy experience. Experience in mining insights, building social strategies, and social reporting preferred. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing. Team player who balances multiple work streams. Confidence in executing tasks independently. Deep knowledge across all social media channels. Experience with management tools and native publishing on social platforms preferred. Passion for sports/basketball is preferred. KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree.
