Overview

Statewide Remodeling is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Home Improvement Canvass Manager to lead a team of Field Marketers in the Houston area You will lead and manage a team of staff underneath you who will pitch and promote the products in surrounding neighborhoods. Your duties will include hiring, training, pitching, and managing your marketing team This is a new team that we are starting so it helps to have experience building a team

What you will do:
  • Lead generation and conversion
  • Team leadership and development

What You Need:
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years marketing experience with focus on lead generation, team management, and strategic planning.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
