MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Associates degree or equivalent.
3 - 5 years experience in computer systems and data entry.
3 - 5 years experience in Fleet Management Operations.
Valid Driver's License required (subject to motor vehicle record review)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Provide customers service to all internal & external customers.
Manage all fleet assets in Plant Maintenance/ S4 HANA.
Enters or retrieves asset data from S4/ HANA Fiori systems and master data system.
Provides for fleet maintenance cost and analysis reports, aging reports, utilization reports for management review and distribution.
Develops fleet statistical and analytical reports.
In-processes assets, registration, titling and processes insurance coverages.
Coordinates with auctioneers for vehicle sale and transfer on all assets.
Manages Wright's Express Fuel Account Management & invoice reconciliation, assign PIN numbers, prepares transaction summary reports and manages fuel cards.
Prepares and submits Fuel Excise Tax reimbursements quarterly.
Prepares and submits Expense Reports to Accounting monthly.
Prepares memoranda and documents as required.
Conducts annual asset inventory for accountability and updates to master data.
Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information to clients or customers.
Ensure Fleet is in compliance with all Federal, State and local Transportation polices and regulations.
Maintain key inventory for all company owned and leased vehicles and equipment.
Communicates policies and procedures to employees.
Maintain and arrange records of vehicle and equipment file system.
Attend weekly staff meetings and provide updates to staff members and manager.
Assist with procurement process of vehicles and equipment, replacement and new.
Performs other duties as assigned.
