For more information, visit www.enterprisedb.com Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's business continuity and disaster recovery plans. This role ensures the organization is prepared to respond to and recover from any business disruption or disaster, minimizing impact and ensuring critical functions continue. What your impact will be: Design and execute comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans that address all aspects of the organization’s operations.

Create and implement policies and procedures for effective crisis management to ensure the organization is prepared for unexpected events.

Conduct business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Create and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to business continuity and disaster recovery.

Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to ensure all employees understand their roles in the BCDR plans.

Organize and oversee regular testing and drills to evaluate the effectiveness of BCDR plans. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Coordinate and manage the response to actual business disruptions or disasters, ensuring effective communication and execution of recovery plans.

Work closely with IT, security, facilities, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of BCDR plans.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Continuously review and improve BCDR plans based on lessons learned from incidents, drills, and evolving business needs.

Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of BCDR plans, testing results, and areas of concern.

What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent are highly desirable.

Strong understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using BCDR planning software and tools. Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
