What's the Job?
- Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously.
- Lead or contribute to projects for process and quality enhancement.
- Handle escalated cases and suggest improvements in post-incident reviews.
- Offer solutions and feedback based on analysis.
- Participates/leads in projects for process or quality improvements.
- High school or GED
- Typically requires 3-5 years of call center experience, or combination of experience and college level education.
- Accuracy in data entry; computer proficiency and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
