A Financial Services Company in Bohemia, NY is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team This is temporary to hire position. This position will be temp for about 4 weeks and will go permenent based on performance. We are seeking someone with prior office experience looking for the next step in their career to work in a polished office setting. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
