**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling and transporting artwork, performing inventory duties, and adhering to standard operating procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Artwork Handling and Transportation**: Safely remove, protect, and transport artwork from insured locations to our facility.
  • **Inventory Management**: Perform inventory duties of incoming and outgoing artwork, including photo inventory, administrative tracking, tagging, and art handling.
  • **Standard Operating Procedures**: Adhere to standard operating procedures and department operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • **Warehouse and Vehicle Management**: Assist the Facilities Director with warehouse and vehicle management as instructed.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their artwork is handled with care and professionalism.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing high-touch service to our clients.
  • **Physical Demands**: Ability to lift 50 pounds and drive a van (training provided).
  • **Communication**: Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • **Reporting and Documentation**: Report all injuries immediately and document all job activity using established systems and processes.
  • **Confidentiality**: Keep all job/customer files neat, organized, and secure, with contents confidential.
  • **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training programs sponsored by the company and/or affiliated organizations.

**Compensation and Availability**
