WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Complete field marketing and technical responsibility for the ERICO Commercial & Industrial product line in OH, MI, IN, KY, WV, and western PA.
Actively lead sales agents, setting goals with territory strategy.
Influence end-user specifications to provide approval for ERICO products, emphasizing technical advantages over competitor products.
Build demand for ERICO products through pro-active promotion with end-users, design institutes/consulting companies and other specifying engineers.
Support agent opportunities and proposals (quotes) for ERICO; including, but not limited to lightning protection, CADWELD, and Grounding.
Participate in conferences, expos, lunch-and-learns, and other informative events.
Hold regular technical presentations, and training seminars and provide on-site support.
Launch new ERICO products to market/territory.
YOU HAVE:
Ability to work 100% remotely in the sales region with travel up to 60% of the week
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
Ideally 5+ years outside sales and/or territory management with a focus on selling electrical products across multiple states and leading manufacturing rep agencies or distribution partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate confidently with both technically trained and non-technical customers
High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal direction
Ability to interact appropriately with SFDC (salesforce.com)
