CRM Implementation Consultant

We're looking for a CRM Implementation Consultant for a project with our client in the North Dallas area. This is a contract position, responsible for implementing a new CRM replacing the client's existing CRM. In this role you'll manage and execute the project from start to finish. Work can be done remotely, however availability for occasional on-site visits is preferred. If you're interested please apply today.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute CRM implementation project
  • Understand clients current state and desired future state
  • Assess available CRMs and make recommendations to the client
  • Successfully configure and deploy new CRM
  • Provide training to client personnel on the administration and use of new CRM
Qualifications:
  • CRM Agnostic, with the ability to objectively assess and recommend available CRMs
  • Experience working with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand current state CRM usage.
  • Experience configuring and deploying CRMs for small to midsize clients
  • Ability to deliver training to client CRM administrators and users
Preferred:
  • Experience with Touchpoint CRM
  • Ability to produce bespoke training material
