  • Draft, update, and refine proposals for assigned projects, detailing project goals, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Evaluate intricate ideas or proposals and formulate a variety of significant recommendations.

  • Collaborate with clients on system and service configurations, product adaptations, and optimal business practices.
  • Deliver both group and individual training sessions to support basic and advanced skill development.

  • Oversee the formal transition of systems and operational services to other departments or clients.
  • Proactively gather insights to understand customer needs and set appropriate expectations.
  • Develop insights on key global trends and their implications for clients.
  • Create a positive work environment by monitoring team workloads while meeting client expectations and respecting work-life balance.
  • Conduct analysis, setup, testing, and validation for various projects, ensuring exceptional service while minimizing financial risk.
  • Effectively communicate with all business partners, providing timely updates to any potentially affected groups or individuals.
  • Review and validate documentation for compliance and operational accuracy, and audit plan designs for inefficiencies.
  • Build and sustain client relationships throughout consulting engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field is required (Master's Degree preferred).
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the technology sector is required.
  • Comfortable with budget planning, cost estimation, and project development.
  • Prior experience in consulting, project management, or implementation rollouts related to clients.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
