Pereview Software is in search of a dedicated Implementation Consultant who will be instrumental in our operations by overseeing software deployments in collaboration with a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. This role involves actively enhancing the experiences of our real estate and financial services clients while establishing a standardized data format for seamless integration into the Pereview Software platform. You will engage directly with the software implementation process, taking charge of tasks related to the setup and configuration of the software, as well as managing additional workstream activities associated with the implementation. As a vital team member alongside the Senior Consultant, you will guide our clients toward successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to gather and upload operational and financial data into Pereview.
  • Set up client Pereview sites for investment frameworks, dashboards, and tailored reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on various configuration needs.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor tasks and timelines.
  • Analyze, modify, and prepare Excel workbooks ranging from simple to complex.
  • Independently conduct data validation, reconciliations, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Document configuration and customization decisions with clear notes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of strong analytical skills focused on data.
  • Proficient in reconciling data using advanced Microsoft Excel features, including formulas.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, whether working independently or collaboratively.
  • A strong sense of urgency in problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical objectives.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science.
  • Experience in Real Estate, including Fund/Asset Management and Investment Legal Structures.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage) and standard financial statements.
