What You Will Do

As an Operations Administrator at CorSource, your role is vital in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the processing of vital HR documentation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Recruitment & Sales teams, including job posting, resume formatting, managing ATS, and candidate communications.
  • Managing Client Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure they are current and accurately reflect client agreements and projects.
  • Overseeing employment background checks and drug screenings to maintain our high standards for new hires.
  • Developing and coordinating internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged.
  • Administering employee benefits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees are well-informed about their benefits.
  • Maintaining company organizational charts and the employee directory.
  • Responding to technical and operational inquiries, offering guidance and support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining meticulous records, and staying informed on legislation changes.
  • Managing and enhancing employee recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handling administrative duties, including email management, call handling, and office supplies management.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to our goals and mission.

Ideal candidates will have

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in HR or office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems, with ADP Workforce Now being a plus.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing needs.
