Responsibilities

Responsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction and budget for assigned corporate partners, client services and annual reporting Responsible for creation of tools, trackers, asset managers to manage accounts and share across organization Manage all partnership deliverables (i.e. signage, print, promotional, hospitality, talent, premiums elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client's agency, developing strong professional relationships Accountable for retention as well as upsell opportunities for existing partnerships including contract amendments and extensions Participate in renewal negotiations and prep Closely understand the needs and opportunities of each client so as to build a fruitful and mutually enriching partnership that is unique and representative of both brands Coordinate the implementation of branding and activations during all events on game day and other venue events including digital signage, in-game features and fan engagement activations Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders for creation of ideas, execution of programs and tracking success Review promotional concepts, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media Coordinate logistics of all partner tickets, suites, sponsor trips and special events Create and implement partnership events including networking forums, VIP hosting and hospitality on game days and corporate sponsorships Track corporate partner activation expenses Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years in sports partnership activation, preferably with a background in media and live events Experience in the golf industry strong preferred Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to develop a team with a hands-on approach Marketing and promotions planning background Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop Strong relationship building, communication, time management and organizational skills Ability to drive clarity in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal skills Self-starter who is independently motivated Possesses a high degree of discretion and professionalism Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
