Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing/Engineering) Based in Luton £13.50 per hour Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm We are currently recruiting for one of our clients that specialize in sealing solutions and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service and Internal Sales Support team. The Role: Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers. Handling incoming & outgoing sales calls and emails from/to customers. Managing the quotation & order handling process. Supporting with raising quotations, work orders, and quality documentation to audit standard requirements. Complying fully with customer conformance, labeling, and dispatch of goods. Supporting with stock taking, inventory management, and raising supplier POs. Ensuring that customer requirements are met by continuous follow-up of schedules, delivery patterns, supply, and shipments. Assisting the account manager with contract preparations, sales history analysis, and proactively following up on quotations raised. Supporting the cash collection process acting on goods in transit, overdue payments, payment conditions, and credit limits. Assisting with ISO-External & Internal branch audits.
