: Americas-US-FL-Miami The Regional Education manager is responsible for the development of Beauty Advisors, ELC Advisors and Sales and Education Executives. They will implement education strategies and initiatives to ensure advisors and sales teams receive branded and agnostic training that will lead to high-touch service and a clear understanding of individual and team service goals. The Regional Education Manager will also develop Sales & Education Executives to be successful coaches. Cascade corporate education strategy

+ Deliver the Corporate Education strategy with excellence for the assigned scope of retailers / ELC Advisors

+ Deliver the right mix of training modules (blended training and e-learning) to the ELC Advisors of both cross-branded/brand-agnostic content

+ Transform and elevate the education journey for each sub-region for all ELC Advisors. Develop SEEs education skill set

+ Ensure that the Sales and Education Executives have strong understanding of each core brand DNA, newness, strategies and updates and is able to deliver and train field team as needed.

+ Partner with the regional Sales and Education Executives to help assess the cross-branded material effectiveness and reception.

+ Develop SEEs to effectively coach and empower the ELC Advisors to achieve targets and to deliver high-touch customer service.? Cascade global brand education strategy

+ Attend all relevant brand sessions (RRT / Global Education Leadership Meetings / TR global brand meetings) and cascades to all team members, including other Regional Education Managers to conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions

+ Drive collaboration with Regional and Global Education team

+ Collaborate with affiliate markets to leverage support in region as needed **Qualifications**

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree required. Masters is a plus

* Travel will be required approximately 30-50% of the time.

The following list of skills are also highly desirable:

* A background in Beauty, Personal Care, Luxury Goods preferred

* Experience in regional field sales and/or education

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Bilingual, English & Spanish. Portuguese & Mandarin a plus.

* Proficient in ZOOM, Microsoft TEAMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

* Social Media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, Tic Tok, WhatsApp)

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Self-motivated and flexible to adapt to changing business needs

* Enthusiastic team-player with a high level of emotional intelligence

* Passion for multi-national environments and multi-cultural consumers
