Overview:

The Lead Analyst works to support the Team Lead and Associate Team Lead to ensure data flow and proper tasking within the team. This individual provides oversight to technicians and other analysts in support of the team leadership. They have a good understanding of all projects the team is working on and can fill any support role. The Lead Analyst performs rigorous QA/QC and assists in training of analysts and technicians. They produce consistent finished products and works to develop process efficiencies and improve methodologies. This position will work individually and as part of a team to support data production in an ArcMap, PLS-CADD and Microstation environment; producing finalized data deliverables based on client requests.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Analyst or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of ESRI or vector-based software and TerraSolid products
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Drive

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or higher
  • Knowledge of Python, CADD, and Visual Basic
  • 3+ years experience in a technical, professional work environment
  • Proficiency in inDesign
