We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team at New Relic. Key Responsibilities:- Partner with GTM leaders to develop comprehensive roadmaps that empower customer-facing teams and drive results.
- Independently lead and drive high-impact projects that meet the needs of executive leadership, ensuring timely delivery and meaningful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities where data science and data-driven insights can significantly impact GTM operations, taking ownership of prioritizing and delivering these projects.
- Design and implement key performance metrics aligned with the company's GTM strategy, ensuring these metrics provide actionable insights.
- Define scalable data model requirements and collaborate closely with Data Engineering for successful implementation and maintenance.
- Lead the agile delivery of analytical projects, ensuring clear definition, implementation, monitoring, and communication of progress and results.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, product, and engineering, to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or PhD with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in Sales and GTM (Go-To-Market) analytics, demonstrating a robust business acumen.
- Prior experience leading analytics teams and projects, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end analytics processes, including building data pipelines, data modeling, generating insights, and utilizing common data science techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- In-depth understanding of data science methods, including regression, classification, tree-based methods, and time series analysis.
- Strong business intuition and curiosity about GTM operations.
- Proven ability to drive prioritization across multiple stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success in independently completing projects, including the development of self-service dashboards, data reports, and ad hoc analytics capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in implementing, documenting, and effectively communicating with collaborators and partners during requirement gathering, data modeling, and visualization.
- Experience in a consulting role, particularly within analytics or data science domains, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Proficiency with advanced data science techniques, such as neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or unsupervised learning methods.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in data science with a track record of deploying work for impactful business outcomes.

Estimated Base Pay Range: $136,000 - $170,000. The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
