Lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs. Deep understanding of Virginia procurement processes, encompassing the intricate responsibilities of a contract administrator across various levels of government—local, state, and municipal. Considerable knowledge of general and special funds; electronic databases and related software applications; governmental accounting concepts; intermediate to advanced level mathematics and statistics as applicable to appraisal measures and assessment ratio studies Thorough knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. The ability to analyze and aggregate data; assist with special projects and programs; communicate results of analyses and recommendations professionally and effectively with senior management and peers Ability to develop manuals and operating procedures as necessary; maintain records, data, and other information in the department of focus. The ability to multi-task, organize, plan, prioritize, problem-solve, and manage time wisely.
