Job Description

C4I Analyst - Senior

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph clearance to be considered.

Cherokee Analytics is seeking qualified individuals to serve as C4I Analysts to support our government client. The C4I Analyst provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

C4I Analyst - Senior Responsibilities Include:
  • Provides finished intelligence products and intelligence database production to support U.S. national decision makers and CCMDs with operational planning and analysis required to inform DoD policymakers with insight into key trends and issues that impact DoD's mission.
  • Advises, assists, and supports in the research and production of all source C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on foreign military's national C4I organizations, systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Provides support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint and/or national C4I functions.
  • Provides expert analysis of foreign military C4I exercises by identifying the C4I units, missions, assets, and purpose of the exercise, producing reports that compare and contrast new exercises with previous military C4I exercises.
  • Produces Modernized Integrated Database (and/or follow-on systems) records including all source write ups and imagery analysis.
  • Assist the Government in all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling all available and relevant information, data, and knowledge obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines in situational awareness and in-depth knowledge (i.e., Foundational Intelligence) on foreign national C4I issues.
  • Provide analysis of foreign national C4I and telecommunications organizations and networks in support of DIA customer requirements.
  • Provide analysis of foreign national level C4I organizations, processes, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
C4I Analyst - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Desired to have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience related to the C4I Analyst role with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Desired to have a Master's Degree in an area related to the C4I Analyst position.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the C4I Analyst's activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
