POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will support Budgets, Forecasts, MORs and Financial Analysis for a hospital/market and related entities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support to hospital CFOs and FP&A leadership
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Capital expenditures, proformas and lookbacks
  • Analysis and comparisons of actual results to forecasts and budgets
  • Monthly Operating Review file prep and analysis
  • Ad hoc financial requests


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Financial acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Commitment to development of self and others
