Talent Acquisition Director is the senior-most recruiting team member and subject matter expert in the company, responsible for running a US and Canada recruiting organization and managing associated analytics, metrics, and educational institutional relationships. DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES

: Extremely organized, able to plan out process improvement plans and monitor adherence to company-defined requirements and key performance indicators Knowledge and experience managing a complete, end-to-end recruiting process, including clear position requirements, background checks, drug screening, onboarding, start work and educational institution relationships Effective oral and written communication abilities Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Practices a high level of confidentiality and data protection Demonstrates ability to plan and prioritize work Coaches and develops team members to broaden experience and skills Team player who takes initiative, strives for continuous improvement, able to think and act independently, challenges positively, and can counsel and provide advice to employees and managers Required Skills:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 10 years' experience in recruiting 3 years' experience leading a recruiting function. Associate degree required, bachelor's degree preferred, or experience in lieu. Industrial recruiting experience required. Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel. Must become familiar with all company HR policies and practices to ensure proper compliance during recruiting.
