Job Description

The Quality and Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing clinical and quality initiatives and programming and ensuring continuous quality improvement within the Albright LIFE PACE Program. This role ensures that associates are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care and support to participants while promoting best practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical coordination, quality improvement, or related field, preferably in a healthcare or PACE environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for PACE programs.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
