Medical Record Specialist - Quality Improvement

The CKHobbie Group is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Record Specialist to contribute to our quality improvement efforts in healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with HEDIS measures.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with HEDIS measures.
  • Accurately input and document medical data into relevant systems following established procedures.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather necessary records and ensure timely reporting.
  • Assist with the collection and submission of HEDIS data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document all communications with healthcare providers in a clear and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with the quality improvement team to ensure efficient operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all data protection policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with HEDIS measures and healthcare quality improvement trends to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with HEDIS data collection and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and medical record systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid (remote and office) environment.
  • Must reside in Harrisburg, PA.
