Quality Coordinator

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:• Extract data from systems to collate and update various reports, including those for QC inspection results and receipts status.• Review and approve kit layouts to prevent damage in transit, while ensuring Ipsters are delighted.• Prepare corrective action reports for Brand Partner Managers and Merchandising to share with vendors (providing information and pictures as needed).• Conduct various inventory hygiene audits on receipts and ad hoc requests.• Conduct in-process audits for all fulfillment activities, e.g. e-commerce, fast fetch, kitting, and PANDA.• Own all inspection oversight for inbound and onsite quality control activities at the NC facility, and support other team members in their absence as needed.
Hard Skills- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and/or inventory control in an e-commerce or retail environment, and/or quality control (can be a combination of education and experience)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- ERP (Netsuite) and WMS (Softeon, SAP) systems
- Uses inspection data to request additional inspections, determine next steps, communicate to stakeholders, and disposition products
- Knowledgeable/experienced in inventory management
- Passionate about quality control, with a fervent commitment to excellence
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail and organization
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate on projects with internal and external teams to complete projects and achieve desired results
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication
- Seeks to innovate as much as possible while using good judgment
- Takes ownership and is accountable for respecting others and communicating honestly while having fun
This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Harrisburg, North Carolina.
Work EnvironmentNot climate controlled BUT climate controlled in the office. They will be grabbing materials and working with the quality team on the floor to grab the materials that came in. They will be primarily sitting in an office space/type of cubicle area where they are on a computer, in meetings, and utilizing Excel. 75% of the work will consist of behind the screen - trying on the makeup - inspecting quality and documenting quality.
